I've been taking my son here for years. EVERY SINGLE TIME, it is an awesome experience for him and I as well. Everyone is always so kind, caring, attentive, and professional. Every time I go in to take my son, Dr. Ron and I always chat about something or another after the checkup is finished. So down to earth, friendly and just all around great place. Could not recommend any more!!

We couldn’t possibly love Dr Ron and Dr Nicole more! They are both so amazing with my kiddos and deliver top notch experiences for us every single time. From cleanings with lots of explanations directly to my kiddos as the patients, to the ultimate hype team during a filling, I wouldn’t ever dream of taking them anywhere else.

I would not recommend based on billing. I was informed my insurance was covering X amount and had been sent off and approved. I paid my portion and I had another appointment scheduled 3 weeks later. I was informed I would be charged around $400 for that visit and gave the authorization to charge my card at the next visit. Instead I was charged nearly $900(more than double) and told insurance wasn't covering anything after all. It is completely unacceptable to not inform people of what they are paying. I couldn't attend the appointment in person so my dad went. I had called ahead of time to inform them and let them know they could charge my card for the previously agreed upon amount. They told him it was $88, not $887. It feels like a bait and switch. I was never notified that my estimate was increasing significantly. Obviously I would choose another practice that my insurance covers for non urgent procedures but I feel that opportunity was purposely taken. They are not transparent when it comes to billing at all, you have to ask questions to get any information. They just focus on booking the services and hoping you don't ask too many questions.

BEWARE: The practice is not forthcoming on insurance benefits. I called several months before my son’s first birthday to get his first appointment. The receptionist asked about our insurance and I told her who the carrier was and the info. We scheduled the appointment and she sent me paperwork to fill out before the appointment. I filled it all out a couple days before the appointment. As I was leaving the appointment I was told I owed $230ish dollars. I was like I have insurance and she was like yeah you will get about half of that back in a check. I was still super confused as I left the office. Come to find out when I received the EOB is that the practice is non contracting and not one person relayed that information to me. That should have been brought up prior to the appointment by a call to me to discuss after I filled out my paperwork, which never happened and I wasn’t even told when I questioned the bill. I find it incredible shady and ridiculous that the staff didn’t have common courtesy to inform me of this prior to my appointment. We will not be back.
